Supplemental Pricing

INDIVIDUAL ANALYTE PURCHASES

Subscribers purchasing a minimum of $75,000 in reports have the option of buying up to 5 additional individual analytes for $1,000 each.

Subscribers purchasing less than $75,000 in reports have the option of buying up to 5 additional individual analytes for $1,750 each.

Companies only interested in purchasing 10 or fewer analytes in total may purchase them at $2,500 each, with a minimum order of $15,000.

INSTRUMENT/MENU UTILIZATION PROFILES

Individual instrument profiles are available for $7,500 each for the first three purchased.

Additional instrument profiles are available for $6,000 each.

ON-SITE TRAINING/WORKING SESSIONS

MDxI will work with you or your staff on-site for a charge of $3,000 per day, plus travel.

CUSTOMIZED REPORTS

Subscribers purchasing a minimum of $75,000 in reports have the option of buying customized reports utilizing the data they have purchased for a charge of $1,350 per day. For each $75,000 spent, the subscriber receives one complimentary day of MDxI reporting staff assistance.

Subscribers purchasing less than $75,000 in reports have the option of buying customized reports utilizing the data they have purchased for a charge of $1,600 per day for the first five days and $1,350 per day thereafter.

 

Additional Site/Support

TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT

Each report license only covers access and support for a single primary subscriber address.

Additional data access and support for other company divisions with different physical locations than the primary subscriber address is available for a fee equal to 10% of the single license fee.

Example: If a company has three different divisions wishing to access the data and receive support, and the company’s primary license fee was $100,000, each additional site permitted a data license would cost $10,000 each.
